Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Constronics Infra has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 19, 2024, inter alia to consider the proposal for fund raising through preferential issue by way of private placement of equity shares and / or convertible securities of any description or warrants, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
The outcome of the Board Meeting will be disseminated after the conclusion of the Meeting in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
