The Indian Card Clothing Company has informed that the 70th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company took place on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 12:00 noon (IST), through video conferencing (VC) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without physical presence of the Members at a common Venue. Pursuant to Regulation 44 (3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has submitted the voting results in respect of business transacted at the 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 16, 2024, alongwith the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting and voting through electronic mode at the AGM. The voting results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report are also being uploaded on the Company’s website www.cardindia.com and on the website of National Securities Depository (NSDL) www.evoting.nsdl.com.
