Escorts, one of India's leading engineering conglomerates’ Agri Machinery Segment (EAM) sold 6,743 tractors in the domestic market, a growth of 10% against 6,133 tractors in June 2012. The total tractor sales including both the domestic sales and export in June 2013 stood at 6,790 units as against 6,203 tractors sold in the month of June 2012.
Escorts offer a comprehensive range of tractors with more than 45 variants starting from 25 to 80 HP. The company also manufactures and markets a diverse range of equipments like cranes, loaders, vibratory rollers and forklifts.
