CESC’s subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power has incorporated three wholly owned subsidiary companies on September 18, 2024, namely ‘LKP Renewable’, ‘DRP Renewable’ and ‘SKG Renewable’. All three subsidiary companies will explore opportunity in renewable power sector.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. The company is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain right from mining coal, generating power and distribution of power.
