Further to intimation dated 30th August, 2024, whereby the company had intimated the Stock Exchange that the shareholders of the Company vide their resolution dated 29th August, 2024, had resolved to approve the proposal for change of name of the Company from Tide Water Oil Company (India) Limited to Veedol Corporation Limited and make consequential amendments to the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association. Now, Tide Water Oil Co. (India) has informed that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide its certificate dated 20th September, 2024 has certified the new name of the Company- Veedol Corporation Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation of even date, as enclosed, has been issued.
