Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Logica Infoway has informed that CS Priyanka Baid (ACS - 37950) vide her letter dated 3 September, 2024 has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company to pursue her carrier opportunity outside the company with effect from closing of business hours of 23rd September, 2024. The resignation letter was placed before the Board of Directors in the Board Meeting held on Saturday, 21st September, 2024 for its consideration and formal acceptance in accordance with the aforementioned regulation. The Board of Directors of the Company placed its appreciations for the valuable services rendered by ACS Priyanka Baid to the Company during her tenure.
