Rdb Realty & Infrastructure has informed that the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors, Designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from Tuesday, 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchange for the Quarter & Half Year ending on 30th September, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
