In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Gloster has informed that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Tuesday, 1st October 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th September 2024. The date of Board meeting for declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th September 2024 will be intimated in due course.
