Vraj Iron & Steel has invested Rs 12.59 crore towards purchase of 41,95,750 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 30 per share of Vraj Metaliks and the said transfer has been registered in the name of Vraj Iron & Steel dated September 23, 2024.
Consequent upon the said acquisition of 41,95,750 equity shares of Vraj Metaliks, the holding of the company has increased from 35.56% to 49.90% in the enhanced equity capital of Vraj Metaliks with effect from September 23, 2024.
Vraj Iron & Steel is engaged in manufacturing of Sponge Iron, M.S. Billets, and TMT bars under the brand Vraj.
