Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as amended from time-to-time, Suryoday Small Finance Bank has informed that further to the approval granted by the Shareholders at the 16th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Bank held on September 12, 2024, the Reserve Bank of India (‘RBI’) vide its Letter No. DoR.GOV.No.S3648/29.44.006/2024-25 dated September 24, 2024, has accorded its approval for the revision in the Fixed Remuneration payable to the MD & CEO for the Financial Year 2024-25 and Variable Pay for the Financial Year 2023-24, in accordance with Regulation 35B of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, which is within the overall limit as approved by the Shareholders of the Bank at the 16th AGM held on September 12, 2024.
