Vishnu Chemicals has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by its designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons (‘Code’), the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of Un- Audited Financial Results of the company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2024 have been disseminated to the stock exchanges. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of trading window.
