Amines & Plasticizers has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from October 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting wherein, the consideration and approval of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024 (Results), would be considered by the Board. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for the consideration and declaration of the Results will be intimated in due course.
