Uco Bank has informed that the trading window for dealing in Bank’s shares shall remain closed from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the disclosure of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024. The same has been informed to all concerned via Bank’s internal letter dated 26.09.2024. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2024 shall be informed in due course. The submission may be taken on record in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
