Charms Industries has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 01st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024. The Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are being intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window. The Date of Board Meeting in which the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024 would be considered will be intimated in due course.
