Aashka Hospitals has informed that the Trading Window for the designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives to deal in shares of the Company, shall remain closed from Tuesday, October 01, 2024 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company by the Board for the half year and year ending September 30, 2024 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the above referred category of persons of the Company have been informed not to trade (buying or selling) in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid financial results of the Company will be intimated in due course.
