Finolex Industries has informed that in terms of the aforesaid regulations read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Tuesday, 1st October 2024 for Designated Persons and shall open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024. The date of the Board meeting to approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024, will be intimated in due course.
