Davangere Sugar Company has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and in terms the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all its designated persons, their immediate relatives & specified connected persons will remain closed from 1 October, 2024 and will open 48 hours from announcement of Financial results for Quarter ended 30t September, 2024. All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the financial results will be intimated separately.
