In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and its amendments and as per the 'Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading' adopted by the Company, Kaira Can Company has informed that the Trading Window for all connected / designated persons of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2024 to the public.
