IP Rings has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Internal Code of Conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from October 01, 2024. The closure is in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2024. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchange. The date of Board meeting would be intimated in due course of time.
