Navigant Corporate Advisors has informed that it enclosed the details of voting results of the business transacted at 12th Annual General Meeting held on Friday, September 27, 2024 as prescribed by SEBI. Further, as per the provisions of Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 Companies covered under Chapter XB of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation, 2009 are exempted for providing e-voting facility to its shareholders, so e-voting facility is not provided to the shareholders. Hence, the voting was conducted by Ballot paper. The Company has provided physical ballot (at the AGM Venue) for all the resolutions mentioned in the Notice.
