Modison has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday, 1st October, 2024 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after said financial results are declared to the stock exchanges. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve, Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 shall be intimated separately in due course.
