Huhtamaki India has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by its Designated Persons will remain closed from October 01, 2024, in connection with the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2024. The trading window will open 48 hours after the results of the Company are published and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges. The details of the date of Board meeting shall be intimated in due course.
