Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 (as amended from time to time) and Code of Conduct of the Company, Hindustan Fluorocarbons has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities/equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons from Tuesday, 1st October 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter year ended 30th September, 2024 (both days inclusive).
