National Standard (India) has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading, the Trading Window will be closed for trading in the Company’s equity shares from October 1, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024, becomes generally available information. The Trading Window Closure Period has duly been intimated to the Designated Persons in accordance with the abovementioned Code.
