Punjab National Bank has informed that in terms of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all the Designated Persons and Insiders has been closed from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/ half-year ended 30 September, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Financial Results shall be informed in due course.
