Engineers India has informed that Rajeev Gupta, Director (Projects) holding additional charge of the post of Director (HR) (DIN: 09839662) ceased as Director of the Company with effective from 01.10.2024 on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.09.2024; Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide its letter No. CA-31018/2/2024- CA-PNG (50637) dated 30.09.2024 has communicated that the Competent Authority has approved the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director (Projects), Engineers India to Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), (DIN: 09704622) Engineers India for a period of three months with effective from 01.10.2024 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Atul Gupta assumed the additional charge of Director (Projects) of the Company today,.01.10.2024.
