B.C. Power Controls has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company. The proposed WOS to be incorporated shall carry out the business multiple segments, which includes Construction, Trading and Investment. The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held October 3, 2024 has considered and approved the same.
The company is one of the leading manufacturers of Wires & Cables which include Armoured Cable, Unarmoured Cable, Flexible & House Wires, Submersible Cable, Control & Instrumentation Cable.
