BLS International Services’ subsidiary -- BLS International FZE has acquired 99% share capital of BLS United Ventures S DE RL DE CV, a company incorporated under the Mexican federal law, from its existing shareholder. Consequent to such acquisition BLS United Ventures S DE RL DE CV, become a Step-Down Subsidiary (SDS) of the company. The Step-Down Subsidiary shall inter- alia deal in the existing range of business.
