Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘Adani Energy Solutions Global’ as per Certificate of Incorporation received by the Company on October 4, 2024. The objective of incorporation is to explore new business opportunity in transmission projects outside India.
Earlier, the company had completed SPV acquisition of Khavda Phase-IV Part-A transmission project after receiving a letter of intent (LOI) from REC Power Development and Consultancy.
Adani Energy Solutions (formerly known as Adani Transmission) is the transmission business arm of the Adani Group, one of India’s largest business conglomerates.
