The company has clarified that it had provided all available information to ED officials and thereafter, the officials had left the premises. As regard the existing real estate projects of the Company are concerned, the same are being carried out in due compliance with the applicable laws. The Company is committed to maintaining transparency and ethical standards in all its operations. The Company will continue to provide updates as necessary and appreciates the support of its stakeholders during this time. Management believes that the above stated search has no adverse impact on the financial, operation or other activities of the Company.
