Sobha has reported 31.63% fall in total sales value to Rs 1178.50 crore in Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 1723.80 crore in Q2FY24. In Q1FY25, its total sales value stood at Rs 1873.70 crore.
The average price realization stood at Rs 12,674 / square feet in Q2FY25 as compared to Rs 10,223 / square feet in Q2FY24. During Q2FY25, the company has launched SOBHA Infinia with total saleable area of 490,254 sft, in Bangalore.
