Kalpataru Projects International has entered into definitive agreement(s) for sale of its entire 100% stake in Vindhyachal Expressway (a wholly owned subsidiary) to Actis Atlantic Holdings, subject to requisite approvals and compliances of conditions precedent, for estimated enterprise value of around Rs 775.00 crore, subject to certain closing adjustments.
The definitive agreement(s) has been entered into on October 09, 2024. The completion of sale would depend upon receipt of relevant approvals and completion of conditions precedent and is expected to be completed within 15 months from the date of entering into definitive agreement(s).
