In this regard, as advised in said letter to adhere to the disclosure requirements of the SEBI Circulars and the Regulations and submit the revised disclosures on immediate basis, Rana Sugars has informed that it enclosed the said disclosure as Annexure and oblige. Further assure that it shall be careful in future to avoid recurrence of such lapses and exercise due diligence while submitting disclosures to the Stock Exchange.
