Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, Harrisons Malayalam has informed that it enclosed a copy of the certificate for quarter ended 30.09.2024 received from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Link Intime India, certifying that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in the records as the registered owner within the stipulated time of receipt of certificate of security. Further, the securities comprised in the share certificates which were dematerialized are listed on Stock Exchanges where earlier issued securities were listed.
