In September 2024, Wardwizard Innovations received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz AI Saud to form a Joint Venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
