Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ashoka Buildcon has informed that the Company had submitted bid for the Project to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Further to apprise that the Company has been declared as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) for the said Project. The quoted Bid Price for the Project is Rs 918.00 Crore, excl. GST. The details of aforesaid project as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Circular Nos. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/ CIR/P/ 2023/120, dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure A.
