Further to communication dated September 21, 2024 regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and RBL Trading Code, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Bank shall remain closed till Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
