Manorama Industries has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company with the name ‘Manorama Africa Benin’. The wholly owned subsidiary is incorporated in Benin with primary objective to expand business of the Company.
Earlier, the company had incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with the name ‘Manorama Savanna Togo Sarl’ on September 18, 2024 in Togo.
Manorama Industries is one of the leading manufacturers of Sal/Mango based specialty fat, which is used to manufacture Cocoa Butter Equivalent (CBE), which in turn is used as an important ingredient in Chocolate, Cosmetic & Healthcare Industries.
