Pursuant to Regulation 39 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Elpro International has informed that Link Intime India - the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company has received request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from shareholder of the Company, who has reported the loss of their respective Original Share Certificate, details whereof enclosed. As required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI / HO / MIRSD / MIRSD_ RTAMB / P / CIR / 2022 / 8 dated January 25, 2022, the Company or its RTA shall issue ’Letter of Confirmation’ to the Shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
