Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Chapter V of SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July, 2023, Craftsman Automation has informed that Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013), have resigned as the Statutory Auditors of Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions (Sunbeam), Material Subsidiary of the Company with effect from 16th October, 2024. The resultant casual vacancy has been filled by the Members of Sunbeam, by appointing Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 003792S), as Statutory Auditors, to hold office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting. In this regard, the details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is annexed as ‘Annexure -A’. The resignation letter of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP along with the details with respect to resignation of Auditor of the material subsidiary as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated 18th October, 2019 is annexed as Annexure -B’.
