To consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024. 2. Any other business with the permission of board. The Company has already closed its ‘Trading Window’ under the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading from 30th September 2024 and it will re-open on 29th October 2024.
