With reference to intimation dated 23rd February 2024, Enkei Wheels (India) has informed that the company had filed application for seeking approval of Central Government u/s 196 read with Clause (e) of Part-I Schedule V Companies Act 2013 for appointment of Kenjiro Hama (DIN: 10516270) being foreign national, as Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years with effect from 23rd February 2024 to 22nd February 2029. Central Government vide its order dated 3rd October 2024, received by the Company on 17-10-2024, had approved the appointment of Kenjiro Hama (DIN: 10516270) being foreign national, as Managing Director of the Company for the period of five years with effect from 23rd February 2024 to 22nd February 2029.
