Rakesh Jhujhunwala has bought 6.47 lakh shares in NCC, taking his total shares in the company increased to over 26.2 million. Post acquisition, Rajesh Jhunjhunwala’s holding in NCC now stands at 10.21%, from the earlier 9.96%.
As on March, the promoters holding in the company stood at 20.25%, while institutions and non-Institutions held 49.43% and 30.32% respectively.
NCC is engaged in development of real estate. The company’s projects stand on credentials of its work in various sectors such as Housing, Transportation, Power, water, Metals and Oil and gas.
