The Financial Results are also being uploaded on the website of the Company viz. www.ganeshhousing.com; Secretarial Auditor - Appointment of ALAP & CO. LLP, Practicing Company Secretary, as a Secretarial Auditor for financial year 2024-2025. The details of Secretarial Auditor as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR read with Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is attached and marked as Annexure B.
