MEP Infrastructure Developers has informed that in continuation to the letter dated 11th September, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai has granted Approval for extension of time for the purpose of holding Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2024 to the Company by 1 month 15 days via a letter dated 18th October, 2024 under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Company will duly inform about convening and the date of the Annual General Meeting in due course.
