Shaily Engineering Plastics has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 28th October 2024: To consider, approve and take on record, Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September 2024 along with other business items. Pursuant to the provisions of the ‘Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct of Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Insiders’ (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window was closed for persons covered under the Code, from Tuesday, 1st October 2024 till 48 hours from declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2024.
