Aditya Birla Real Estate has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today Tuesday, the 22nd October, 2024, on recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Sukanya Kripalu (DIN: 06994202) as an Independent Director of the Company for first term of 5 years commencing from 30th October, 2024 to 29th October, 2029 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. In accordance with the circulars dated 20th June, 2018, issued by the Stock Exchanges, it has confirmed that Sukanya Kripalu is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
