In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eraaya Lifespaces has informed that the company is in receipt of Special Notice from a shareholder of the Company, who holds adequate number of shares, as stipulated under Section 169 read with Section 115 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules made thereunder on October 22, 2024 for removal of Robin Raina (DIN: 00475045) from the office of Director of the Company, copy enclosed, content thereof is self-explanatory, though for maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of the shareholders concerned, personal details such as name, client IDs, and other identifying information have been intentionally masked. The Special Notice and any subsequent actions, in accordance with Section 169 and Section 115 of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules made thereunder, are in addition to the ongoing proceedings initiated by the company against Raina for alleged financial and other irregularities. The company also reserves its rights to pursue various legal remedies available in the courts for his misdeeds.
