CESC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power (Purvah) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company named ‘Mazzi Power Projects’ (MPPPL) on October 23, 2024. MPPPL is incorporated to explore opportunity in renewable power sector. MPPPL has been incorporated as a WOS of Purvah. Accordingly, 100% of its shareholding is held by Purvah.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. The company is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain right from mining coal, generating power and distribution of power.
