Indo-National has informed that next Board Meeting to be convened on Wednesday the 13th November 2024. The Agenda for the meeting includes among other things, consideration and approval of Standalone / Consolidated Un-audited Financial results and publication of Standalone/Consolidated Financial results for the second Quarter and half yearly ended 30th September 2024. Further confirmed that, they will be arranging to publish the Un-audited Financial Results in the Newspapers, as soon as the same is approved and taken on record by our Board at their above meeting. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will continue to remain closed from Tuesday the 1st October 2024 to Friday the 15th November 2024 as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
